- How do transaction limits work?
Free and Standard count posted transactions by calendar month. Business averages usage over up to 12 months to allow for busier months.
At your limit, posting pauses, but you can still save drafts. We never add paid capacity automatically.

- How does included AI usage work?
Your allowance resets monthly, with no rollover. New Bkper AI requests pause when it runs out. External assistant subscriptions aren’t included. AI usage details.
- Can I change my plan or add capacity?
Yes. You can change plans or add Business blocks as your needs grow. Increases can take effect after payment; reductions take effect at renewal. Review the cost and effective date before confirming.
- Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with no cancellation penalty. You keep paid access until the end of your billing period, then return to Free. Your data stays accessible.

- What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
