  • What payment options do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
  • Are there any long-term contracts?
    There's no contract on any plan. You just pay as you go, and you can cancel any time without penalty.
  • What happens if I change plans?
    Plan increases may apply immediately, with any prorated amount shown before confirmation. Plan decreases and changes from annual to monthly billing take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Can I cancel my subscription?
    Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, so you won't lose any access you've already paid for.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    We offer a money-back guarantee for the current billing period if you're not satisfied with the service. Just reach out to our support team.
  • How do transaction limits work?
    Free and Standard usage is counted by calendar month. Business includes 3,000 average transactions per month per block. Business block quantity does not change automatically and is not editable in the billing portal; contact the Bkper team to arrange additional capacity.
