GET /v1/workspace/apps/{appId}/file
One file of the working copy, or with version=base as published at the base (404 not_found when the base has none). For the App’s owner and developers (403 workspace_forbidden), when Bkper hosts its source: its folder in /workspace/apps. Saving never deploys.
