List skills to call
GET /v1/skills
The skills the user may call by name (/<name>) in a session starting now, sorted by name: their company’s, their own and, with bookId, that Book’s, merged as a session loads them, those kept to explicit use included. As published, never the sandbox’s working copy, and never starting it: once a session has loaded its context, its own skills say what it may call. A scope that is slow, fails or cannot be read (a Book the user cannot view) is left out, never an error. Read as the user in every workspace, an app’s included.
